Resonance is the deep, lasting vibration of connection—something felt, carried and remembered.
Resonance Midwifery reflects this, recognising that the care a woman receives during pregnancy, birth and postpartum stays with her, shaping her confidence, well-being and experience of motherhood.
Blending evidence-based care with compassionate, continuity-based support, Resonance Midwifery ensures women feel informed, empowered and truly cared for. With a focus on personalised midwifery care, this approach honours the wisdom of women, the power of connection and the importance of feeling seen, heard and supported every step of the way.
Jenna-Rose
An ocean lover, avid gardener, mother and endorsed midwife. My journey into motherhood has been my greatest teacher, shaping the woman, mother and midwife I am today. My two little ones have deepened my passion for women’s health, inspiring me to advocate fiercely for women as they navigate the sacred transitions of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
My midwifery path began in a regional hospital, where I was fortunate to learn from some of the most passionate, intuitive and caring midwives. Their passion reinforced what I have always believed—birth is a deeply personal and transformative experience and when women are nurtured in an environment of trust and respect, they flourish.
Drawn back to Melbourne to be near family, my partner and I settled down in the inner north, where we welcomed our own children earthside. My daughter, a little mermaid, was born into the water just as my midwife arrived, while my son, eager to meet us, made his way swiftly into the world at home before we could even reach the hospital—held by love, with my daughter and partner by my side.
I believe in the innate power of women, the wisdom of our bodies and the importance of being surrounded by care that truly sees and honours you. Continuity of care is not just about better health outcomes—it’s about being held, seen and supported in one of life’s most profound moments. After years of working in one of Melbourne’s tertiary maternity hospitals, I am proud to step into private practice, offering personalised, home-based midwifery care that nurtures the whole woman and their families.
Birth is more than a moment—it is a transformation, a rite of passage, and a journey to be honoured. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you, holding space for your story, your choices and your power as you bring new life into the world.
